CPSC Recalls Alocane Pads

Packaging issue can expose young children to lidocaine.

The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission, along with Quest Products of Pleasant Prairie, Wis., recalled Alocane Emergency Burn Pads due to failure to meet child resistant closure requirement with a risk of poisoning.   According to the recall, the packaging is not child resistant as required by the Poison Prevention Packaging Act.
